SIZING

Size guides can be found on each product page. Find your measurements and match up to the relevant size for each product.

Please see below a helping guide on how to measure your feet length.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR LENGTH (HEEL TO TOE)

Step 1

Take a blank paper down to the floor (hard surface). Place your foot firmly on top of the piece of paper.

Step 2

Make a mark with a pencil at the highest point of the toe and deepest point of the heel.

Step 3

Use a ruler to measure the heel-to-toe length you marked in centimetres, then compare with the fitting measures indicated on the product page.
BOOT CARE

Our boots are designed to look great even after years of wear with minimal care, giving the boots a unique look with every scuff.
Whether you need to polish out small imperfections in the leather or looking to restore to the original shine from months of wear just follow these quick and simple steps for our boot maintenance:

Smooth leather upper
Footwear needs to have dust and grime removed with a lightly dampened cloth or sponge and then leave to dry naturally. Once dry, apply polish, leave polish to dry then buff with a soft brush or cloth. We recommend a cream polish and conditioner.

Suede leather upper
Apply a waterproofing agent before wearing. To clean, use a wire brush, specially manufactured for use on footwear to restore the grain of the leather. Always re-apply water proofing agent after cleaning.

Oil kip leather upper
Using a clean cloth, apply a cleaner that’s suitable for use on oily or waxy leather. We recommend Dubbin polish, as other heavier conditioners can alter the depth of colour of the oil kip.

Wipe off excess and allow to dry. When completely dry apply a water proofing agent to help protect against stains.

Rubber upper
We do not recommend rubber boots be left in direct sunlight for extended periods of time as this can affect the quality of the rubber which can lead to rubber cracking or leaking.

SOLE CARE
Leather sole
Leather soles are very easily damaged by heat, leaving your boots in front of heaters, open fires etc, can very easily ruin your soles. Heat should be avoided whether the boots are wet or dry. Heat applied to leather soled footwear causes the sole to become a tarry mass which, on cooling, becomes hard and brittle. This greatly reduces the durability of the sole.

Damp soles should be allowed to dry out slowly in a well-ventilated place that is not warmer than a normal living room. One safe way to assist the drying out of very wet shoes is to take up excess moisture by stuffing them with dry newspaper for a few hours or overnight.

Leather soled footwear is best used as a dress option. Continual use in damp or wet conditions will weaken sole material.

Additionally, we do not recommend excessive wear on concrete surfaces with leather soles. It is always a good idea to repair your boots in good time before the wear extends to the last

Rubber Soles and Cork Gristle Soles
These soles need no maintenance. They are hardwearing and last for years.

Note
Do not overload your boots with conditioner – if you like to clean every week, please only use the polish/ conditioner once a month as the leather still needs to breath.
